Amber writes lists. Lots of lists. Her obsession has driven a wedge between her and her daughter, Skye.
After the death of her father, Skye decides to try to build a closer relationship with her mother. By bringing chaos and spontaneity to her mother’s life; can Skye help Amber deal with her loneliness and grief?
CHARACTERS:
Amber - F - 40-50s. A very methodical person, who tries to organise everyone around her to the detriment of her close relationships. Grieving for her husband, which she hides by being constantly busy, and sometimes overly jolly. She is a seasoned wild camper.
Skye -F - 20s. Second year medical student. Concerned about her mother’s mental health, seeks to reconcile with her to build a closer relationship.
SETTING:
An open stage - Late afternoon on a hilltop in the northern hemisphere.
